PlaySqorr Game Rules – Sqorr

PlaySqorr is a completely new class of skill-based sports performance game. We offer matchups of athlete vs. athlete that are prepared by experts and presented in a fast one-on-one selection process. You pick from four to ten athletes using your skills and knowledge. Your goal is to select the athletes who will generate a higher performance point score than their matchup. When all of the athletes on your roster win, you win! Our games are daily/weekly, so there’s no season-long commitment.

In addition to our Terms of Service, PlaySqorr is governed by the following set of rules:

All selections on the customer’s roster must have graded wins to collect any winnings.
The minimum purchase per roster is $2.00 USD and the maximum purchase per roster is $20.00 USD.
A valid customer roster is made up of a minimum of four selections up to a maximum of ten selections from the available matchups.
Customers may purchase up to ten rosters per house card, regardless of the number of days a house card is published. There are also limits on the amount of money that can be spent on an individual matchup within a single house card. The current dollar limit per individual matchup on a house card is $20.00.

Example: T. Brady QB vs. R. Wilson QB. A customer may purchase this matchup in their roster(s) for a maximum total of $20.00. Purchase T. Brady for $2.00 up to ten times, Purchase R. Wilson for $2.00 up to ten times, or purchase T. Brady for $2.00, five times, and purchase R. Wilson for $2.00 up to five times. In this example, if T. Brady appears on a different house card than shown in the example, either he or his matchup in the second house card can be purchased for a total of $20.00 as well.

Winning rosters are credited to the customer’s account following final review by management as soon as possible after official game results become available.
In Football, Basketball, Hockey and Auto Racing, athletes in a matchup must play for action. Athletes who play are in the action, meaning that once an athlete plays, he is an eligible participant in the matchup.
Baseball and soccer athletes who are not listed in the official starting lineup will have their matchups canceled.
In the event that a scheduled basketball, football, or hockey game is canceled, postponed or suspended for any reason or moved from its scheduled venue, all matchups involving that game will have no action.
If a matchup is canceled or if the matchup results in a tie, the customer’s roster will downgrade to the next lower roster unless this action results in fewer than 3 matchups on the roster, in which case the roster will be canceled and the customer refunded the purchase price. If a roster is downgraded to a three matchup roster, the payout will be 5 for 1 for a winning roster.
Customers are responsible to verify their matchups prior to purchasing their roster. All purchases are final.
Management reserves the right to withdraw matchups at any time without notice.
Customers must be 18 or over to purchase a roster, except in Alabama and Nebraska where customers must be 19 or over, and Massachusetts where customers must be 21 or over.
Customers must be physically located in the United States or Canada to purchase a roster, with the exception of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont and Washington, as well as Quebec and Puerto Rico (“states of exclusion”), all other U.S. States (including Washington D.C.) are locations where you are eligible to participate.
Management reserves the right to withhold payouts and withdrawals pending verification of all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and IRS regulations.
As more clearly defined in the Terms of Service, management reserves the right to refuse any roster or customer at its sole discretion.
You can withdraw your money at any time by Bank Check. If you have signed up for E-Payments from PlaySqorr, your Bank Check request will be processed as an E-Payment and sent directly to your bank account, similar to a bank wire. Check and E-Payment withdrawal requests will take approximately 7-10 business days. PlaySqorr may request additional information before your withdrawal is approved. You may be requested to provide your mailing address and SSN before the withdrawal is processed in the event that your annual net winnings exceed $599, in which casePlaySqorr is required to file a 1099-MISC tax form.
PlaySqorr uses official statistics as provided by Sportradar and includes all games that are deemed to be official and complete.
PlaySqorr receives live scoring updates from our statistics provider, Sportradar. After the game has finished, PlaySqorr receives a final box score, which will be used to grade the results of each matchup. However, the sports leagues and Sportradar will occasionally revise box scores after the final box score has been released. In the event this occurs, the graded matchups will not be updated and the settlements will not be revised. Please note that this is not the same as a situation in which a correction needs to be made after settlement due to a bug or issue with the data feed or the settlement process. In these cases, the settlement process and payments may be reversed and redone correctly.
PlaySqorr will wait until all of the final box scores have been reported for each customer’s matchups to ensure that the final results are accurate. Our statistics provider, Sportradar will occasionally make changes to final box scores that correct statistics published live during the games. In these cases, payouts will be based on the final box scores, not the box scores published during live games. If revisions are made after the final box scores are published, payouts will not be reversed or changed. PlaySqorr reserves the right to delay settlement of the contestant’s roster.
